Our Services

There are many benefits to receiving care at an Imaging Center that is integrated into the acute hospital setting, like that of Tri-State Memorial Hospital. These advantages include:

Quicker Scheduling Of Diagnostic Problems

Immediate referrals to surgeons and other specialists

A timely decision about the best course of therapy, if needed

Women's Imaging & Diagnostic Center

3D Tomosynthesis Digital Mammography

This is the most advanced mammography 3D imaging technology available for the detection of breast cancer. Procedures are quicker and images are clearer, making it easier to identify potential problem areas - with a lower dose of radiation compared to typical 2D mammography.

Breast Ultrasound

This procedure provides diagnostic information that is different, but complementary to, mammography. It is particularly useful in evaluating palpable lumps, soft tissue masses, and cysts. It is often the first choice for image-guided procedures because of the ease of use, safety, and patient comfort.

Ultrasound (including 3D/4D)

From a yawn to a stretch, we’re able to give an expectant mother an amazing look at her unborn baby inside the womb. “First Peek” ultrasound includes: 30-45 minute 3D/4D ultrasound and a disc with as many still images as your baby allows. Call the Imaging Center at 509.758.4658 to schedule your appointment or purchase a gift certificate. Though Ultrasound is most commonly associated with pregnancies, it is also used to obtain images of the heart, abdominal and pelvic organs, and vascular systems throughout the body.

Stereotactic Breast Biopsy

This is less invasive and more cost effective than other surgical methods. It also allows you to return to a normal routine in a shorter period of time. Specially trained and certified technologists staff Tri-State’s Women's Imaging & Diagnostic Center. Our two board-certified radiologists are Dr. John Mannschreck and Dr. John Whitaker.

Bone Density Testing

This test measures the calcium content and density of your bones. Detection of abnormalities in this area, if caught early, can be treated and save you the possibility of a fracture later. Though Ultrasound is most commonly associated with pregnancies, it is also used to obtain images of the heart, abdominal and pelvic organs, and vascular systems throughout the body.

The best care is on your side

3.0 Tesla MRI Scanner

The 3.0 MRI Scanner’s advanced technology allows our staff to perform neuro, breast, musculosketal, vascular, cardiac, and body imaging with astonishing detail and accuracy.

64-Slice CT Scanner

Tri-State’s 64-Slice CT Scanner allows advanced visualization of body structures in an incredibly rapid manner. The speed of this scanner allows Tri-State Imaging staff to capture diagnostic images of organ structures that slower scanners aren’t able to visualize very well.

From routine X-rays to complex MRI scans, we provide a full range of diagnostic imaging services.
